1. Sign up on the student list at your child's school. Enrollment begins when the 1st class is taken. We must have FIVE students registered to schedule first class.

2. Complete and sign the registration form and mail or email it in with the registration fee and monthly tuition.

3. Payment must be mailed to the Kids 'N Motion office. DO NOT LEAVE AT DAYCARE. Instructors will NOT accept checks. Monthly fees are due on the 1st of the month. Payments received after the 9th of the month will be charged a 5.00 late fee.

4. Your first statement will be sent after your registration is received in our office.

5. "Late start" students will need to send in a full month tuition. Adjustments and credits will be made on the 2nd month.

6. All checks returned by the bank will be charged a $15.00 fee. After 2 returned checks, money orders must be used.

7. Students whose accounts are not paid by the end of the month will not be permitted to participate.

8. Tuition is based on 4 classes per month. Kids 'N Motion does not pro-rate for missed classes due to your child's absence.

9. Please follow the county school calendar for holiday dates.  We will notify you of any additional changes.

10. Withdrawal notification must be made in writing to Kids 'N Motion office prior to a new month.

11. For the benefit of the class, certain behavior is expected of all students. If all efforts to satisfy this goal fail, Kids 'N Motion reserves the right to withdraw a student from the class.

12. In the event 5 children have not registered for class and you have paid your tuition, you will be reimbursed within 3 weeks of the class start date.

13. Statements are sent out each month as a courtesy reminder..  Payments are expected with or without receipt of a statement.
